Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary has taken in over 31,000 animals. Every single one has relied on the love of a volunteer.

Volunteers are crucial to our daily operations and help with many things such as socialization and enrichment of animals, cleaning cages, bathing animals, walking dogs, sorting donations, and more. Most of our volunteer work can be pretty physical. If you’re not able to help in that capacity, have no fear, we will still appreciate your help with things like fundraising and office work! Volunteers are appreciated by staff, adopters, and most importantly, our animals. Have a special skill like dog grooming, dog training, event planning, etc.? Let us know! Your skills could be an asset to the Ark!

Volunteers must be 16 years of age to volunteer alone and must be 9 years of age to volunteer with a parent/ legal guardian. We need separate applications for both the minor and the guardian.

We also accept community service volunteers (court-ordered, school hours, etc.).

Is your company or organization looking to volunteer with us for a day?! We would love that! We are happy to welcome group volunteer days Monday through Friday from 7am - 12pm. We are only able accommodate groups of 10 or less.
